Thanks Thomas! I appreciate your response. In the mean time, while we are waiting for the dorn method to come in the mail, I'm doing all I can to make sure my sitting, standing, and sleeping postures are good. I know that is really important for any spine issues.
I'll be sure and ask if I have any questions once we get started with the dorn method.
I'm looking forward to trying it! Thanks again!
