Hey that kind of sounds good. I am on day 9 of my fast.

It is understandable. I have done that, thinking about food like that. Actually when I am fasting, I collect health food recipes that I want to try when I am off my fast. I have a lovely collection juice recipes to use my juicer to finish my fast with and then onto soft solids.

Good luck on your fast. You are doing GREAT!!
