Hi Johnny --

I'm a bit confused. I've scoured everything I could find about the Moreless Alkalizing Drink recipes, and so far I've only found ones that include BSM/Lemon Juice/CH/Kelp.

Where does the Epsom Salt and ACV come in, and in what quantities?


(Apologies in advance if this question is already answered somewhere else in the forums--I'm still learning how to comb through CZ.)
