I cooked a regular rump roast last week. Good. No problem. This week I tried an CAB or certified angus beef roast that was no where near it's expiration date. I cooked it in pressure cooker and I can't eat it. It stinks so bad. The meat doesn't taste or look spoiled but the stench. Ewwww. Any suggestions?
