...thats what i would like to know...i have 3 silver fillings that i want to get replaced and i am not sure what is the saftest material to get. im sure this is not a new topic but i thought id ask anyway. i have read that zinc oxide or zoe cement with either a phospate paste or methyl acrylate as a binder is the choice for some. then i read that diamondcrown fillings are a good choice. gold/platinum maybe, the holistic dentist i saw a few days mentioned gold as an option. while i have heard great things about all these choices, i have also read negative things about them. so, i would like to ask everyone what they think is the healthiest choice? are there even better options?...i have heard of bio-compatibilty testing but just in case those tests arent 100% reliable, i thought id turn to the infinte wisdom of the internet! =)
