Hi, Im a 44yr old female I have a distended stomache especially at night, helps if I do not eat dairy or red meat,sugar, but I still get it. Im constipated and very tired. My skin is very strange, I kind of make my own cleansers from kitchen all I can stand on it. My skin kind of has a bronze look to it. Im not dizzy or sick to my stomache. I went to the doctor and did blood test they just told me to avoid stress,and eat right. What should I do? Tired or being tired. Thanks!!!!!
