NPN or non-protein nitrogen is nitrogen that is not complexed into a full, active amino acid that can then act as an enzyme, what-have-you with the right mineral attachments\electrical charge.

For instance, in your list was listed Urea nitrogen 682.00 mg

This is NOT a complexed protein but an NPN
