Does anyone know of a better method of diluting the pure oregano oil? Barefoot's instructions suggest 1 drop per 1/2 gallon, but the oil tends to rise to the top and create a slight burning sensation on the lips. I can feel the oil kicking butt almost instanly in my liver. I guess it's making something cranky. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am currently on day 18 of the oj fast. I've been cheating with other juice and the occasioanl pumpkin seed milk and I want to do a liver flush. Should I just complete the 40 days or eat a small amount of food the day of the flush? I tried liver flsuhing on other fasts and it's never been a comfortable experience. Thanks to all.
