Definitely take zinc picolinate or zinc gluconate.  They are best absorbed.  B vitamins good for stress and B5 & B6 support adrenals.  Magnesium activates the B vits.  Zinc deficiency/magnesium deficiency cause various immune problems and odors.  Boron might be involved too.  N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) for the liver.  Niacin and benfotiamine (fat soluble B1) both increase bile.   Glycine might help.  It promotes healthy thoughts, carb metabolism /hypoglycemia and helps the pituitary gland.   Earl Mindell's vitamin bible states glycine helps body odours, especially where there is a leucine imbalance.  I take glycine for blood sugar balance and to improve depression.  Works well for both.

Ascorbic acid is the non-buffered form of vitamin C.  It will make you more acidic.  Take buffered (minerals) C like sodium ascorbate powder or Ester C (calcium ascorbate), or mixed mineral ascorbates.  You can also get fat soluble vit C called ascorbyl palmitate.

Cheap liver tonic:  1 ounce olive oil mixed with 1 ounce of squeezed lemon juice before bed.   Note:  I took various forms of magnesium for months with no improvement of odour.  Magnesium chloride was turning point.  I don't need Odor Cleanse anymore.  Magnesium chloride is unique form and is absorbed readily without causing watery bowels.  I use magnesium oil (brine) topically all over.  I add 20 drops to water 3 times per day and drink.  Just ordered some mag chloride liquid supplement, so I won't be wasting the mag oil.

I find taurine quite calming.  B12 is well absorbed under tongue.  You'll find you don't need every day.  I don't use zinc lozenges because they contain fructose which bothers my gut.

Good luck.
