I didn't know it would get rid of worms. It is known to help with yeast as it smooths the surface of the intestines not allowing anything to latch on to.

It isn't toxic so you can take quite a bit. You have to build up the dose slowly or the body toxins will be released quickly, causing problems. I have taken 5000 mg at once when dealing with allergies. Just make sure it is pure MSM.
