"How does the nutrients of my urine I rub on my body get into my
body-sytem, e.g into my muscles?
I don't understand the route of this. Can nutrients enter the body via the skin?
If nutrients can enter the human body through the skin, so why do we use e.g
sunscreen, this could be harmful?
Whats the excactly advantage of external urine rubbing?"
Good questions. Don't think that I have the answers to all of them but will try for a couple.
Urea is in every over-the-counter skin care product that I'm aware of. Urea (which is in urine) is a skin moisturizer and has other benefits as well. (You can Google urea and skin and get loads of hits.) As far nutrients entering the body, I've questioned this myself. Yet I take Epsom salts baths at times and even MDs claim that this increases the blood levels of magnesium and sulphate. I do castor oil packs as well, and there is definitely skin penetration there of something because the results can be incredible at time.
As far as sunscreen is concerned the traditional wisdom has been that it blocks out the ultraviolet rays which prevents burns and some think it prevents cancer. However, there is a trend that is saying to not use sunscreen because those same rays create vitamin A in the body naturally while vitamin A supplements are unnatural. So the sun can produce positive internal results too.
I've had good benefits from the topical application of fresh urine on my scalp before I shower. When doing this my scalp is no longer itchy or flaky.
Don't know if this helps.
