You are just a day ahead of me I think on your tonic. You post sounds much like me with out the kidney issue. Definite improvement. I have really good days, and then some days that are not so good. but before I was having NO good days! AND I poop daily, before I couldnt go at all. One other thing Ive noticed, are you having any emotional ups and downs? I seem to be having old emotional "crap" surface, more than usual. It's great to get it out, and it is definitley something I couldnt do if I didnt have the physical strength from the tonic, but wow, its alot.
