I had a fishing customer about 15 years ago that came to Ohio from LA and worked for the cia and investagated crooked cops in the USA, he claimed over 15% of all people in American Jails were set up by crooked cops to cover up crimes/drugs the cops were doing.

The Bible suggest you stay away/avoid all people in the legal business/government, etc.
