My god, I'm a vegetarian - what on earth will I eat??

I only use Sugar when I have tea - I cannot drink any tea without sugar. And, I really do not eat sweets - for some reason I just stopped craving them some years ago - perhaps some ice cream every 6 months or so and rarely any pastry (twice a year).

But for my coffee in the AM (just one cup which I cannot give up) one packet of equal is no good?

And, I occasionally have a sandwich (no meats)....

Do you have chronic fatigue - I have had it for years - my immune system has been screwed up for years since some ass doctor, years ago, gave me two flue shots in ten days; and, the sad thing is that I never really was in the habit of getting flu shots but I was really sick with the flu then and that's what happened.

Also, my viral blood tests at that time indicated "foot prints of epstein barr virus"....
