Gosh, I hope you read this - your post was so long ago.

I just started taking MSM yesterday primarily for aches and pains and such horrible joint pain I sometimes cannot even stand up. Well, the capsules are 1,000 mg each and I too was told to increase by one capsule each week - I was also told about the detoxing.

Well, I have known about MSM for years now but had absolutely no idea that it was a method detoxing. So, can you not take it always for aches and pains in addition to detox??? Also, I have chronic fatigue - I have currently also started zapping. So, according to your post at some point you started feeling a real high and lots of energy with the MSM.

Should I look forward to this also?
