magnesium transdermally (foot bath body spray)

vitamin b not complex just b12, b6 and folic acid sublingual spray form under tongue and b12 needs to come from methyl...i just read about nasal spray of b12.

i might try b12 tonite spraying in my nose and see the difference. it says is suppose to be better than sublingual where as some get results with sublingal alone.
