I was feeling horrible as well yesterday. I think it's because I didnt drink as much water. Well I have already had a couple glasses of water today and a little bit more sleep, so I think I should do fine today....hopefully. These last couple days I have been having a lot of urges to eat, especially In-N-Out. but like you said. I just tell myself "You CAN do it!!!". I was pretty close to giving up yesterday, good thing I did it because I really woud have regretted it. I even had a dream where I ate food, I woke up s scared. It was a nightmare! Haha.

Well it seems like your journey has been easier than mine, I hope my the end of your fast wou will be able to make a decision of what to do about person A and B(Person B seems like the better choice), and also about youy father.
