Hello to all. I'm starting this fast TODAY. It's later in the day, but I work 2nd 3rd shift so I'm starting a little late. 2 years ago I weighed 120 pounds....had been this weight since I was 19-20 years old. Well, it's amazing what a bad marriage and Depression can do to a body! I'm close to 190 pounds right now. I look so horrible on the outside! I was able to deal with the Depression end of it all, but now it's time to fix the outside to match the way I feel on the inside! I woke up today feeling so sluggish...I knew that today was the day...without a doubt. So, if all of you lovely people can keep me in your thoughts and prayers I will do the same for you! I need the support.
Here's to day one!
