what kind of surgery did your mom have? I started the regimen and I feel good. Yes it is very hot but tasty. i saw another post or should I say many post about the many benefits of cayenne, such as candida, sore throat, cancers of all kinds, sore muscles, pain, etc, etc. So I said what the heck.

You know of course that Budwig had us put it in the yogurt mixture and so the benefits are there. I thought it would kill my stomach but had no ill effects and today took 2/3 t. of cayenne.
