Sometimes my sister buys these great veggie burgers. I defrost them till they're soft and then I'll wrap them in a papertowel and zap them for 30 seconds. 99% of the time I fry them in red palm oil for a minute. Hence, I hardly ever have veggie burgers. My husband wanted to get a microwave and I told him we have enough electrical appliances in our apartment! LOL
