Hey all,
I'm on day 4 and contemplating starting P & B shakes on day 5... (which is tomorrow, my how time flies)
I wanted to know if I can take Psyllium capsules since I already have some here and get the Bentonite (if it comes in capsule form or liquid) and take them with water but not as a shake.

The stuff I have here is "psyllium husk caps" 700 mg with 50 mg of apple pectin. on the nutrition info it says it has 1.4g (1400 mg) of psyllium husk power in 2 capsules.

Can I take that and look for Bentonite capsules/ powder and just have them with two glasses of water and maybe jump around a bit so it's kinda like a shake (jk).

And anymore tips before I start this tomorrow.
