I have noticed while taking the Psyllium and Bentonite, that sometimes the Bentonite can cause the bowel to be harder and a little bit more sticky in the colon before exiting. I was told that taking the Psyllium sometimes can cause the bowels to be to compact and actually do the reverse if not careful. For these reasons I decided not to take the Bentonite and psyllium together. Could this be equally as effective? Taking the the two seperate sounds like it might double the effects of each while allowing the stool to be compacted appropriatly. Any experience with this? Sometimes the sticky, or delayed bowel can get frustrating, especially when detoxing, because the body seems to want to go faster than the movement.
