I was wondering if you stomach shrinks at all during a fast. I know that your stomach stretches as you eat more and that's part of the reason why overweight people need to eat more in order to feel full. So woould my stomach shrink? Not to a puny little thing but to like, back to it's normal size?

I'm hoping one of you happen to be an expert on stomachs....
