actually for allergies i read to take magnesium because it prevents allergies and
foiic acid and b-6 are extremely low with someone with allergies. jfh i recently discovered dhla nano and black strap molasses too so we will see but i like b-12 thus far. im taking the sublingial b-12 spray 2000mcg the one that comes from the letter "M".
