My take on it is fibromyalgia is a series of stressful and traumatic events that become internalized and manifest as pain. There is way to release a great deal of the pain and trauma using a technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I offer ten minutes of EFT free to forum members here. All I have to know is her pain level on a scale of 1-10 and if there were traumatic events before the pain started and a name and general location. I doubt it will take away all the Arthritis in ten
minutes but it should bring her some relief.
