hi ptree, im so glad your here. i have been on the mc for 6 days now and doing good ,my ? is can i just add the p/b shakes to the mc? i am doing this to clean my bowel and lose weight and have a better respect for my digestive system. also does the swf make me retain water i can still see my fingerprints on my skin? thanks for being here. ive reading this forum for days now and your the only one that i will trust. thanx again
