I know the shake is to be taken on an empty stomach. However, since water leaves the stomach so quickly, must one wait one hour between drinking water and drinking the shake? How long must the wait between water and the shake be? Also, I know I read somewhere that after drinking the shake you should drink a glass of water. I can't remember where I read that and I can't find it again. Is that true?
