i am new to this board but not to cleansing.
i am just starting the p and b shakes and have a few questions.

1. do i use an additional colon cleanser ( herbal ) while i am doing this?

2. do i use a probiotic during or do i wait until i finish the cleanse?

3. how long do i take the shakes?
