I have been using P&B shakes for three weeks and have not seen mucoid plaque. Is it possible not every one has it. I use it three times a day and it makes me go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day, is that normal. I have noticed I dont crave sweets as much and I am not constatly hungry, which is a goiod thing. But, since I have been taking it I broke out in a rash on both knees, thighs, feet - the right side is worse than left. Could that be toxins triing to get out? have you ever heard of this?
