Hi:

X-ray and a CT scan might be a good idea.

The symptoms could be a combination of co-factors. My main ones are the 3 - bacteria, fungus, and parasites - I don't believe the muscle testing is the right way to go on this but do what you feel. An actual SPUTUM test along with the CT scan, and blood work (if you choose) would help define the problem. You may need to do several Sputum tests before anything is found... you know how those labs are! ;)
