I did have surgery to correct a septum, remove a bone spur, scrape diseased tissue, and either trim back or remove (!!!!) 4 turbinates(sp?). I do a warm saline rinse with the pre-made packets at least twice a day. I've been to 4 ENTs. I spray Nasacort & Astelin twice per day also. I usually take Mucinex to thin out secretions and therefore help with the sinus flushing. Someone also recommended Zicam gel in the nose too, so I started that. The Neti pot I don't think would do more than the saline bottle I already use.

So those are all good suggestions, thanks. I've given up on MDs and trying to stay away from the corticosteroids as well. Ct scans show nothing. Nature doc said it was heavy metal toxicty a while back. So I've done the mud treatments on the gums, neem oil & bark, oil pulling, and now Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I thought I'd keep on with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement since I seem to be making gradual improvement.
