Hi PTree. Have you any suggestions regarding the following? I started doing the P&B shakes now for eight days and have had good results. Only two problems, I have had a right side ache, just under my right rib-cage area and have had a lot of bloating. Any idea of what it may be? Has anybody else complained about these ailments? From reading different posts, I wonder if I need to do an enema? Please help if you can.
