As far as the Charlie controversy goes- yes, he broke some TOS rules. Particularly concerning Mia it's dragged on quite awhile given she won't let it go since he (correctly) called her on some of her admitted b.s.'ing and psychological instability.. is selling an herbal tonic without disclosing the ingredients questionable? Yes. Did he clearly step over a line in changing someone's post? Yes. Has he breached TOS? At times, yes. All that being said...

The herbs in his tonic have been posted on CZ (they've already been reposted a couple times). He sells a tonic that's somewhat overpriced but hey, it seems to be working for most people using it and if he wants a little compensation for putting a formulae together that can benefit others, so be it- some other people running forums here do the same thing; no one's required to give out herbs for free.

Curiously, there are similarities between some of Charlie's faux pas' and Moreless, when he arrived. Charlie's mistakes frankly don't stack up to ML's despotic actions, misinformation, and desire to 'turn off' his readers to other forums in favor of his own (Charlie didn't have the benefit of a few mods in his back pocket upon his arrival either). The point is that if ML (although he was kicked off for awhile) has been able to remain here, Charlie shouldn't be permanently booted off CZ with his forum scrapped as it would be hypocritical since others have made similar mistakes.
