I have a question. I've been on the cleanse fora few days now, up to 7 shakes a day. I have irritable bowel syndrom. Today I had the strangest bowel movement. It was like a fat string and looked like it was shaped like my bowels, and it was aover 2 foot long. I have awful gas today. When that game out it EXPLODED out. Anyone know what this means?

I was so bloated last night I looked 8 months pregant, the most I have ever been. Help me. Is this normal? I didn't take any today I am soooooo bloated and gasy. Thanks for any insite.
