I ran out of brazil nuts over a week ago, so for the last week since I've only been taking 5-10 drops of magnascent 2 or 3 times a day, (and that's all) I've only been taking in 300mcg of selenium:

200mcg in the form of selenium yeast
100mcg in the form of selenium aspartate

I've also been taking in at least 9 LBB's per day (sometimes more) and I don't remember if there is any selenium in those or not.

Since I've not taken huge amounts of Iodine this week, I have not taken in the L-selenomethionine this past week, either. Didn't know if I should, so I didn't.

I feel perty good right now. And wide awake. I did go through some emotional stuff, but I really don't think it was detoxing - although the shedding tears may have brought mercury out - and no, I am NOT looking for sympathy, just trying to cover all bases.
