Hi! Someone called "pladdd" mentioned having "IBS the constipation type" and was thinking of doing the bentonite/psyllium cleanse. I've never heard of this type of IBS and wonder if it applies to me. I've had trouble w/ constipation for 7 years. How would I find out if I have IBS? And, if I do, would the remedies be different? Can psyllium be replaced by something else for the cleanse? (I guess no one likes it that much!) :) annathea
