Better to use liquid bentonite...1 Tablespoon per shake. If you only have access to powdered Bentonite you need to hydrated it with water to the consistency of thin yogurt...semi-pourable. Yerba Prima Great Plaines Detox and Sonne's Detoxificant are the two most common brands of liquid Bentonite in the US...you can find them at most health food stores.
