Hey,
I just discovered this "Warrior Diet". I'm not too knowledgable of it, however i got a basic overview from their website. It seems like more of a lifestyle of "when" rather than "what" to eat. I was just curious if someone more knowledgable of it could let me know if it's possible for a Raw Vegan to effectivly follow this. Can the 2 lifestyles coexist or are there contradictions between the 2 that prevent one from following both?
