Well for some reason yesterday I was still feeling hungry, and I think it was probably the hardest day for me. The hunger's gone now, but yesterday I just kept telling myself "You WILL eat again."

But yeah, keep posting your messages, it seems that posting them helps you with your journey, and it helps me too.
