not much to update. Im on day 17 I think. Still pooping well, still no headaches, food cravings are settling down now. The cravings are interesting. If you eat what you crave you feel really satisfied. Um, I did have some emotional stuff surface from my past that I had blocked out. Im pretty certain that as the tonic is nourishing my body, I am stronger and able to deal with more things. My outlook in general is "I will, I can" rather than "I feel defeated" like it was before. And food digests. It's amazing.
