When you take the shakes the sweeping action starts from the mouth down...when you use the caps it starts at the point that the caps disolve. If the only way you will do the cleanse is with the caps...better that than nothin'!...just make sure you drink enough water. You might want to choke down a shake now and then for good measure!

LOL...I wish a nice California boy would take me back home with him...I love California...and hate the cold!
