You are correct in reference to the mushrooms. Here is some additional information
for Vegetarians and Vegans in regard to B12.

Also for those who eat meat. Keep in mind although sources of the meat you eat have higher levels of B12 does not mean that meat is the overall best source of food for the human body. You then have to consider the fact that you are no longer eating the meat your grandparents ate. You may want to watch Meet your Meat and Eating to see what is really happening with commericalize meat processing.
