A few drops of bragg liquid aminos is definitly satisfying my cravings for salt and possibly protein.

I've been fasting on orange, pineapple and apple juice and making sure not to exceed the reccomended pint of juice per day, but I still have cravings and I think liquid aminos may be helpful for anyone struggling, but I would like MH's input first. Thanks
