quite true. years ago when I was raw for longer periods of time, I had well intentioned people telling me to eat eggs, although it was a different circumstance and I wasn't feeling as unwell as set is here, ..finally I gave in and had some. was I ever sick. my body could not handle that type of dense animal product protein after eating raw for 2 years.

I don't know if this applies to this circumstance for set, but if she decides to have eggs...I'd go very easy on those to start.

it seems to me, that there are other options for what may be missing in her diet, but quite correct that you point out there is much information not known and individual variations to what works for someone and not others.
