I have just finished my first day one of the MC. What I have realized so far is that I get a lot of joy out of eating. Not just the taste of the food, but the activity. I am not hungry so much, as I yearn to be eating as an activity. I was wondering if an Epsom Salt bath will aid in the detoxification process. I know a yoga instructor I had would suggest an Epsom Salt bath after a class to help remove toxins. Does anyone know if an Epsom Salt bath will interfere with or aid the process?
