I was using the powdered Bentonite too. PTree says it must be rehydrated.(This will make it easier to mix and easier for your body to use.) For instructions on this go to www.eytonsearth.org There are instructions there on how to rehydrate the powdered bentonite. (Don't worry,nothing will happen to you for using the powder without first rehydrating it, I used it this way for at least two weeks before I knew better. I was using way too much and I think that you are too.)
