I have been Iodine painting for a few weeks (every day)as it oly seems to last 6 hours on me.

I also have been taking 8 drops of 5% Iodine each morning.

Am I overdoing it?

Also,once the color is gone it turns red(like a sunburn) and itches.Is this normal?
