Most older people are afraid of change. Especially if what she has is working. Keep in mind that bi-polar means that she is not getting enough endorphins to the brain. So the veins going to her brain is lacking space and she needs tons of water. So if she is depressed she can see no end to her problems. She needs to stay out of the light as it hurts her and place a cold rag in the freeze and when she has a headache coming on then she places that frozen rag over her eyes and it is a lifesaver.

The problem I see is that if she is manic depressant her life could be in danger as in tendencies for suicide. So this is a touchy situation. I ask youto turn to prayer, eft and slow steps. I sent you some info but it is up to her to see the light.

Migraines are awful and the pain is so bad you just want to take a knife and cut a whole in your brain to let the pain out. If she gets cluster headaches then I really feel sorry for her. Oh my goodness the two of you really have your hands full.
