You are right about stored up emotions from all sorts of things. I carry it around in my shoulders and neck. I'm not good at letting stuff slide off me, instead I carry it around and analyze it. In the last few years, at least I'm prioritizing better than before so some stuff I am learning to let go. I'll be heading over to the Liver Flush boards however it just adds one more thing to the mix. So when does one do a liver flush? At the same time as the Master-Cleanse and PB and parasite cleanse? Or half way through or ?
