Hi Shib! Within 5 days, I had worked my way up to 4 B&P drinks a day. I kept that up for my whole cleanse. My boyfriend wavers between 3 and 4 depending on if he can fit them in. I say Yes! definitely increase the number of B&P drinks you take...if you feel your bowels are moving easily (drink water!) and you're not constipated.
